This page sets out the legal terms governing your use of the Byblos Fun Planet website and services. Please read it carefully before booking. By accessing our website or making a booking, you accept these terms.
Welcome to Byblos Fun Planet! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Byblos Fun Planet SARL. Byblos Fun Planet SARL operates the website at byblosfunplanet.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, and services that allow you to learn about and book visits to our waterpark located at 200m north of Wagon Public Park, Sea Side Road, Byblos, Lebanon (the "Services").
The following Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers and customers.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important legal information, including warranty disclaimers, voluntary acceptance of risk, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, accessing, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Services.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent and guarantee that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You further confirm that, where applicable, you have provided consent to allow any minor dependents under your supervision to access and use the Services on devices owned, purchased, or managed by you.
To make a booking, you may be required to provide certain personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, and the pass type and quantity. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have all necessary rights and authorization to provide such information to us.
Our website does not require you to create an account. Each booking is associated with the email address and phone number you provide at the time of purchase. You are responsible for keeping your booking confirmation email (which contains your QR code ticket) secure.
Byblos Fun Planet operates a seasonal waterpark in Byblos, Lebanon. Through our website, we offer the following services:
Group bookings (30+ people), birthday packages, and other event bookings are arranged directly with us, not through the online booking flow. You may contact us via WhatsApp at +961 78 882 833 to enquire about these.
Our 2026 operating season opens on 28 May 2026 and runs through the end of September 2026. The waterpark is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM during the season. We make every effort to ensure that all descriptions of our attractions, facilities, and pricing displayed on the Services are accurate, complete, and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that any visual representation, description, or other content will be fully accurate, as variations may occur depending on device type, screen settings, or other technical factors beyond our control.
All descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and other information relating to our Services are subject to change at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity or availability of any Services offered to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
When you place a booking through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase a ticket from Byblos Fun Planet SARL. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any booking for any reason. A booking is considered accepted at the moment your QR code ticket is generated and delivered to the email address you provided. Where you have selected an online payment method, payment must be successfully processed before the QR code is generated.
Bookings may be made at any time, including same-day, up to the closing time of the park.
Standard Weekday and Weekend Passes purchased through the website are not tied to a specific visit date. A Weekday Pass may be used for entry on any Monday through Friday during the operating season. A Weekend Pass may be used for entry on any Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday during the operating season. Each ticket is valid for one entry only, and is consumed upon scanning at the gate.
From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted tickets that are limited to a specific date or dates. The validity period and any date restrictions applicable to such promotional tickets will be clearly stated on the booking page and in your confirmation email at the time of purchase. Once purchased, such promotional tickets may only be used on the date(s) specified.
All tickets purchased through the Services expire at the end of the 2026 operating season and have no further value if unused.
Children under 12 months of age are admitted free of charge and do not require a separate ticket. All other guests, regardless of age, are charged at the same rate for the applicable pass type.
You agree to carefully review all booking details (pass type, quantity, names, contact information) before submission. Bookings are not refundable through the website.
You represent and warrant that all bookings made through the Services are for your own personal use or for the use of guests in your party, and are not intended for resale or unauthorized commercial use unless expressly agreed in writing by Byblos Fun Planet SARL.
All prices, fees, discounts, and promotional offers displayed through the Services are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to any booking will be the price in effect at the time the booking is placed and will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
Prices displayed on the Services may differ from prices offered at the gate or through other sales channels operated by or on behalf of Byblos Fun Planet SARL. From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers. Such promotions may be governed by separate terms and conditions, and in the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and payment information for all transactions made through the Services. You further agree to promptly update any information, including your email address, payment details, and phone number, to ensure proper processing of bookings and communication with you.
We accept the following payment methods, displayed at checkout: Visa, Mastercard (processed by Monty Pay), Whish Money, and cash on arrival at the gate. Transactions may be processed in either United States Dollars (USD) or Lebanese Pounds (LBP), at your selection at checkout. The applicable exchange rate, where relevant, will be displayed at the time of purchase.
You represent and warrant that: (i) all payment information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete; (ii) you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method for the transaction; (iii) all charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and (iv) you agree to pay all amounts due, including the listed price of the relevant Service and any applicable taxes.
Cardholders are advised to retain a copy of their booking confirmation email and these Terms and Conditions for their reference and records.
Tickets are delivered electronically. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more QR codes (one per ticket purchased). These QR codes are your tickets and must be presented at the park entrance on the day of your visit.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at booking is correct and that you can access the confirmation email on the day of your visit (whether on a smartphone or printed). If you do not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder, then contact us via WhatsApp at +961 78 882 833.
Upon arrival, your QR code is scanned at the gate. Once scanned, the ticket is marked as used and cannot be re-used. Each Weekday Pass may be used for one entry on any qualifying weekday during the operating season; each Weekend Pass may be used for one entry on any qualifying Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday during the operating season. Promotional tickets may carry additional date restrictions, as stated at the time of purchase.
We do not ship physical tickets, products, or merchandise of any kind. The Services consist solely of access to our waterpark experience.
By entering Byblos Fun Planet, you and all members of your party agree to comply at all times with the following park rules and the instructions of our staff and lifeguards. These rules are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
The following age ranges apply to specific attractions and are enforced for the safety of all guests:
Byblos Fun Planet SARL reserves the right to refuse entry to, or to remove from the premises, any guest who fails to comply with the park rules, the instructions of our staff or lifeguards, or who behaves in a manner that endangers themselves, other guests, or our staff, or who is visibly intoxicated. Tickets purchased by guests refused entry or removed for cause are non-refundable.
Byblos Fun Planet is a waterpark. Participation in water-based attractions, including pools, slides, parkour, ziplines, and other facilities, involves inherent risk of injury. By purchasing a ticket and entering the park, you and all guests in your party acknowledge, accept, and assume these inherent risks.
By entering the park, you affirm that:
Byblos Fun Planet SARL shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from (i) your or your party's failure to comply with park rules or staff instructions, (ii) any pre-existing medical condition, or (iii) the inherent risks of participating in water-based attractions when those risks have been adequately disclosed and warned against.
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brand names, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, attraction descriptions, and the overall design, structure, selection, and arrangement thereof, is owned by Byblos Fun Planet SARL, its affiliates, licensors, or respective third parties, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without prior written permission from Byblos Fun Planet SARL.
All trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, and service names displayed through the Services are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without prior written consent.
The Services may provide access to third-party tools, features, applications, or websites that are not owned, controlled, or operated by Byblos Fun Planet SARL. We do not monitor, endorse, or have any control over such tools and assume no responsibility for their availability, functionality, or performance.

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Services, directly or indirectly, for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You may not use the Services to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code, or to engage in spamming, phishing, scraping, or unauthorized data collection. You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the security or functionality of the Services. Tickets purchased through the Services may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any amounts due and payable up to and including the date of termination.
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, voluntary acceptance of risk, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
The information provided through the Services is made available for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any such information, and any reliance you place on it is strictly at your own risk.
Except as expressly stated by Byblos Fun Planet SARL, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Byblos Fun Planet SARL, including its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or visits to the waterpark.
This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or business opportunities, as well as any replacement costs or other similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Byblos Fun Planet SARL, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: (1) your breach of these Terms or any documents incorporated by reference; (2) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (3) your or your party's use of the Services or the waterpark.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Byblos Fun Planet SARL regarding your use of the Services.
We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, acts of God, severe weather (including thunderstorms, dangerous winds, or other unsafe conditions), natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, epidemics or pandemics, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
The waterpark remains open in light rain. In the event of a thunderstorm or other unsafe weather conditions, we may temporarily suspend operations or close the park early. As tickets purchased through the website are not tied to a specific visit date, you may simply use your ticket on a later qualifying day during the operating season if you are unable to enter due to a closure.
Lebanon shall be considered the country of domicile for Byblos Fun Planet SARL. These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which Services are provided, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Lebanese Republic. You and Byblos Fun Planet SARL agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
The most current version of these Terms is available at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
