Refund Policy

Refund, cancellation, and ticket validity rules for online bookings.

This policy applies to all bookings made through the Byblos Fun Planet website and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Group bookings (30+ people), birthday packages, and other event arrangements are not booked through the website and are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of booking.

1. No Online Refunds

Bookings made through the website are non-refundable through the website. We do not process refunds online, and the cost of an online booking will not be returned to the card or payment method used.

If you experience an issue on the day of your visit, please speak directly with park management on site. We may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, offer a goodwill remedy (such as a complimentary visit or other gesture) for genuine issues. Such gestures are not a contractual right and are decided on the day.

2. Ticket Validity

Standard Weekday and Weekend Passes purchased through the website are not tied to a specific visit date and may be used on any qualifying day during the 2026 operating season:

  • Weekday Passes: any Monday through Friday during the operating season.
  • Weekend Passes: any Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday during the operating season.

All tickets purchased through the Services expire at the end of the 2026 operating season (end of September 2026) and have no further value if unused. There is no refund or carry-over for unused tickets.

3. Promotional or Date-Restricted Tickets

From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted tickets that are valid only on a specific date or dates. The applicable date restrictions will be clearly stated on the booking page and in your booking confirmation email. Promotional tickets that are not used on the specified date(s) are forfeited and may not be applied to a different date.

4. Park Closures (Weather or Force Majeure)

If Byblos Fun Planet is closed for any reason, including severe weather or force majeure events, your standard Weekday or Weekend Pass remains valid and may be used on any other qualifying day during the operating season at no additional cost.

Light rain does not constitute a closure: the park remains open in light rain.

If a promotional or date-restricted ticket cannot be used due to a park closure on the specified date, we will, at our discretion, allow it to be used on an alternative qualifying day or as a standard ticket of the equivalent type. Please contact us in such cases.

5. Memberships

Monthly Memberships and Full Season Memberships are non-refundable. The cost of a membership is non-refundable in all circumstances, whether before or after activation (i.e. before or after the first scan of its QR code at the gate).

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy. We strongly encourage you to review the validity period and terms before completing your purchase.
