We collect the following types of personal information through the Services:

• Contact information: name, email address, and phone number, provided by you at booking.
• Booking information: pass type, quantity, and any promotional ticket details.
• Payment information: card details are entered directly into the Monty Pay payment gateway and are NOT stored on our servers. We retain only the transaction reference number.
• Ticket usage information: the time at which your QR code is scanned at the gate.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, and basic interaction data, collected automatically when you visit the website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill bookings.
• Send booking confirmations and other transactional communications.
• Verify tickets at the gate.
• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
• Improve our Services and operations.
• Prevent fraud and ensure the security of the Services.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not currently send promotional or marketing communications through the website. You will only receive emails from us that relate directly to a booking you have made.

3. Payment Security

All credit and debit card details and personally identifiable financial information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties by Byblos Fun Planet SARL. Payment transactions are processed through Monty Pay, an authorized payment service provider. We do not pass any debit or credit card details to third parties.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only with the following service providers, and only as necessary to operate the Services:

• Monty Pay — payment processing.
• Whish Money — alternative payment processing.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for booking records.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations).
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Google (Google Analytics 4) — anonymized website analytics to help us understand how visitors use our site.
• Meta (Facebook Pixel) — anonymized visitor measurement to help us evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising and improve our marketing campaigns.
• Lebanese authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to operate the Services, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes:

• Booking records: retained for seven (7) years, in line with Lebanese commercial record-keeping requirements.
• QR code scan logs: retained for twelve (12) months, for ticket validation and dispute defense.
• Technical website data: retained for short periods, typically up to twelve (12) months.

After these periods, we either delete the information or anonymize it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

6. CCTV Notice

Byblos Fun Planet operates closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras on the premises for the safety and security of guests and staff. Footage is reviewed only when necessary (for example, in the event of a safety incident) and is retained for a limited period in accordance with our internal security procedures.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, understand how visitors use it, and improve our advertising. Specifically:

• Essential cookies — used to operate the booking flow (for example, to remember your booking-in-progress).
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — anonymized usage data: which pages are visited, time spent on the site, and how visitors arrived. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
• Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) — used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads. We do not use these cookies to identify individuals beyond what Meta already knows about them.

When you first visit our website, we display a cookie notice asking for your consent. Until you accept, no analytics or advertising cookies are loaded. Personal information of minors entering the park (children attending with their parents or guardians) is collected only as part of an adult's booking and is limited to what is necessary for ticket validation.
